At Tiwi College, our aim is to provide outstanding holistic education and care for the young Tiwi. For this reason we have made a decision to have a relatively low staff to student ratio, allowing close and intensive tuition at all times.

Tiwi College prides itself on its strong community culture, with a significant focus on excellent student attendance and retention rates. As a new and well-resourced facility, staff have excellent conditions as part of their work entitlements.

Entitlements

The Tiwi Education Board value our staff and believe in the retention of quality staff as a high priority. Thus as much as possible, we provide incentives and a salary structure that matches NTDET and in other ways, provides greater intrinsic and extrinsic value for all staff.

The well-being of staff is important to us. We have a social club run by staff, providing a range of activities in which all staff to partake and feel welcome.
